Due to the nature of our products, with them being custom made to order, we are unable to offer refunds on products purchased through our website or purchased from a pay by link invoice. By completing your payment you are agreeing to these terms and accepting that all custom made orders are final and non refundable. If you are unsure about any details of our products or services we encourage all our customers to ask the relevant questions using our contact form before ordering.
If you receive a product which is damaged we encourage you to contact us imminently so we can investigate who is at fault for the damage and make an informed decision to be able to resolve the issue. If any product has been damaged due to the customers neglect you will not be eligible for a replacement or refund however you may be eligible for a repair at your own expense. If any custom made product has been damaged in transit it must be returned within 14 days of acceptance by the customer for any necessary repairs.
We try our best to keep without our 10 working day lead time for custom orders to be made and dispatched however during busy periods we may run over the 10 workings days, if this does happen you will be informed via email.
All orders are sent using Royal Mail, once your item is dispatched you will be emailed with the relevant tracking details. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. All orders within the UK are sent by Royal Mail next day delivery guaranteed before 1pm the following day, this is from the day of dispatch and not from the day your order was placed.
Large orders will be split into separate parcels where necessary. If your order exceeds the quantity we have in stock we will dispatch a partial order then dispatch the rest of the order once we have stock. Orders which are split will be invoiced as one order and you will be notified when the second part of your order is dispatched, along with tracking details.
